To create a square thumbnail template for your content, you follow the same steps as with the 16:9 ratio thumbnails. However, you should ensure to select the 1:1 Ratio option instead before you hit ‘Generate’
Step 1: From your LOGIE dashboard, go to Content then hit the green “+Create” button. Choose the ‘New Content’ option from the list that appears.
Step 2: Select the desired Content Type (i.e., Live Show, Product Post, or Shoppable Video) and click ‘Next’.
Step 3: In the screen that appears, you can browse through your products, opportunities, collections, imports, Amazon. Select the product you are interested in then hit ‘Next’.
Step 4: In the Create New Post dialog, generate/write the post title, then follow the steps to generate or write a description (make sure to tick the green checkbox next to the description). Click ‘Next’ when done.
Step 5: Select Content Date and hit Submit. Click ‘Next’.
Step 6: Click ‘Generate Thumbnail‘. In the ‘Thumbnail Wizard’ screen, click ‘Change Template’ then select the 1:1 Ratio for square templates.
Step 6: Customize your thumbnail appropriately (i.e., edit thumbnail settings, background image, talent image, and icon image).
Step 7: Hit on the ‘Generate’ button once done.
Step 8: Check if everything is okay then hit on the ‘Create’ button to conclude this process.
